Lucy is a Tasmanian based photographer. Her passion for exploring Tasmania re-ignited her love of photography after a stint away from the camera. After a few years documenting her travels around the state and refining her skills and style, Lucy turned her love of photography into full time work, spending most of her time photographing weddings and elopements.
Christmas 2010 I pestered my parents to buy me a Nikon D3100, my first DSLR. When studying photography in year 11 and choosing film over digital, I found an old Nikon EM at a second hand shop. Fast forward to 2018 when I found my love of photography again, I purchased a D7200. A year and a bit later and it was time to start looking at a more professional body, without an absolute doubt, I was having a new Z series mirrorless. When all of my friends were jumping ship to other brands, I refused to follow the trend. It’s always been Nikon for me and always will be, they’ve never let me down.
