When does this promotion start and finish?

This offer is valid on qualifying purchases made at any Nikon Australia Authorised Reseller between May 1 and May 31 2022. You must submit your redemption online before October 31 2022.

 

Can I redeem multiple products?

This offer is strictly limited to one redemption per qualifying purchase and cannot be combined with any other Z fc promotion. 

 

When will I receive my  redemption code and link?

After purchasing an eligible Nikon Z fc configuration at any Nikon Australia Authorised Reseller, you will need to register your product's serial number on your My Nikon Life or NPS account to start the redemption process. Please allow 1-5 business days  for your purchase to be validated. Once validated, you will receive an email from Nikon Australia containing a unique code and redemption link to claim your TDE strap. If you have registered your purchase and have not received your TDE code and link after 7 business days, please check your spam and contact our Customer Service team.  The email will be sent to the email address associated with your My Nikon Life or NPS account. 

 

When do I get to choose my TDE strap colour, monogramming details, etc.?

Once your purchase has been validated, you will receive an email from Nikon Australia containing a unique code and redemption link to claim your TDE strap. Click on the link to provide the unique code, select a strap colour, and provide initials for monogramming. You will also be able to select between two font syles and multiple font colours. 

 

Can I select a different TDE strap colour compared to what I selected for the Nikon Z fc body colour?

Yes! Feel free to mix and match your Z fc and TDE camera strap colour to suit your personal style. 

 

Is the TDE camera strap compatible with all camera bodies?

The TDE camera strap is compatible with cameras that have eyelets for a camera strap.
